I did this one a while back. People seem to like this one the best. I'm not all that impressed with it. There were one or two editing tricks I used that I thought were pretty slick (notice when Vash is jumping around the bullets, each bullet hitting the wall matches the drum beat).
Anyway, it's a fun video, I had fun making it.

There are spoilers in this AMV but only if you can catch them with your eye. I wouldn't call them heavy spoilers but if you already know how Knives looks like and you know about the fight and you`re just a little bit before watching the actual episode don't watch this Video.
Don't be fooled by the title. It's not about Vash and Knives. In the first place, this AMV is showing a lot of various clips from the Trigun series. But the story is about Vash and his two personalities (or more heh). I tried to show that the good Vash is fighting against the legendary outlaw ("I don't need that sh*t"-scenes). In the chorus and in the pretty loud parts I'm showing here some of the hard fights that Vash had to go through although he didn't want to.

A very unique music video this one of Spirit of the Fear: in fact it starts with a fanciful introduction that immediately let us know the author and the song through a very short music video on the notes of H.T. (the opening song of Trigun) and with images also taken from the op.
Then the music video starts very slow, with a cross-section of Vash and Knives' lifes on the ship of Project Seeds. But as soon as the song rhytm increases, here there are the divergences between Vash ans Knives, till the attempt of wiping out the human race.
The video follows these events, showing how Vash goes after Knives trying to limit his wicked actions; but this is impossible and the two in end must face one another.
From this moment on, the music video follows Vash's life, his battles, his second thoughts, his ideals. Anyway in the end he will have to meet his brother again and the battle will be the hardest he ever fought: in fact, Vash doesn't know how to act, he doesn't even know if he wants to have his revenge on the one who took away from him the person he loved the most.
Then the video shows how Vash, during his whole life, had to stand the sight of blood, always trying not to shed other blood and at this point the final decision is clear: Vash must defeat Knives without killing him! And the video ends with Knives suffering for the wounds but still alive.
The music video is really well made and, despite it tells the whole story of Trigun, it does it without endangering the involving and action, always matching the music time and logical thread. The audio and video qualities are good, especially if we consider the file size, it's just a pity that some scenes are ruined (mea culpa since I gave him bad clips nd Chibi Goku) and for the English clamorous mistake in the final image! :P
Besides these trifles, it is an excellent music video that surely deserves to be part of your collection! ^__^

This video is the remastered version of my first award winning video, "The Pain of Memory." The video basically plays on Vash's thoughts from the time he is young up until when he finally confronts Knives. I tried to make it appear as though Vash wanted to stop Knives not because of the promise with Rem, nor because what Knives is doing is wrong, but for himself.
Throughout his life Vash went through hell all because of Knives and what he did. Enjoy!
