Well guys, let's make room for our new guests... 'cause trying to interfere
with them could be dangerous! ^__- Yeah, this time our Special Guest Star
of music videos section is Street Fighter, the father (even if
it's not the first in his genre) of all beat'em up videogames born since
1987. It was in this year that CAPCOM published the first Street Fighter,
that seemed a masterpiece to all Beat'em up fans, without knowing that
the next series would have been better! Besides the many sequels, crossovers
and puzzle games, in 1994 Capcom allows the making of an animation film
titled "Street Fighter II: The Animated Movie" and, in 1996,
the TV series that was called "Street Fighter II - Victory"
(SF2V) and composed by 29 episodes, published in 15 VHS. In 1995 Street
Fighter became even a live action movie, but it was a flop for most people!
So Capcom decided to reach the top again with the release of the new sequel
named Street Fighter Alpha (in Japan Street Fighter Zero) and, from this,
in 2000, was born the new animation film "Street Fighter Alpha -
The Movie".

Street Fighter
Street Fighter anime and movies inspired a lot of music videos creators,
some of them have even used clips captured directly from videogames!!!
Now we briefly told you a synopsis of them before offering you four great
music videos we chose for you!
"Street Fighter II - The animated movie"
This is a movie based on the same Street Fighter II videogame. The soldier
Guile and the Chinese Interpol agent Chun-Li track down the international
criminal Bison, head of the ShadowLaw organization. Using his psychic
powers, Bison wants to possess the world's best fighters in order to conquer
all the planet and build his empire. And now he takes an interest on Ken
and Ryu, the two most powerful martial arts fighters in the world and
will use a number of other unpleasant henchmen to reach his aim.

"Street Fighter II - Victory"
This is the TV series based on Street Fighter II videogame. The anime
is focused on Ryu, a cocky teenager and his journey for power as a martial
artist, his good friend Ken, whom he has trained with, since he was a
child, and Chun-Li, a female cop investigating the existance of ShadowLaw,
the most secret organisation lead by Master M. Bison, an evil overlord
bent on world domination. Follow Ryu and Ken and Chun-Li on adventures
that will very well change their lives. Look out for Akuma when you are
watching the series, he appears somewhere in the background doing something,
hard to pick up but good for a laugh!
"Street Fighter Alpha - The Movie"
This movie follows a completly different story then "Street Fighter
- The Animated Movie" and features all if not most of the Street
Fighter Alpha characters from the game and some new characters... Ryu
has a little brother? Apparently so. Shun, Ryu's brother who has been
searching for him ever since he became a martial artist. Though Ryu isn't
too excited about it or certain he is really his brother; he is faced
with much larger problems. Ryu begins to be taken over by the Dark Hadou,
the same destructive power which Akuma took into his fists and used it
to destroy his own master Kotetsu and Ryu and Ken's master Gouken. The
price of it... his soul.
Meanwhile Shun has been kidnapped by Dr. Sadler, a scientist working for
ShadowLaw who is gathering street fighters for a martial arts tournament,
but is secretly using the data drained from the fighters for his selfish
desire. With Shun as bait, Sadler has discovered something he wants more
than anything. Can Ryu remain human and be able to save his brother Shun?
