The Universe of GUNDAM
is such a wide world that, even if we only talk about Anime Music Videos,
we cannot assume to limit it to only one Special! About three years ago
we chose to enter the After Colony of Gundam Wing... in the next
future maybe we'll come back to the Universal Century, but now
it's time to explore the Cosmic Era of Mobile Suit Gundam SEED
and Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny...
Each of the two series has 50 episodes (phases) but there are also a short
Gundam SEED OVA after-phase titled Hoshi no Hazama de (Between the
Stars or At The Stars Valley), the TV Special Editions, a Gundam
SEED Destiny alternate ending (Mobile Suit Gundam Seed Destiny Final
Plus: The Chosen Future) and in the near future even a spin-off titled
"Mobile Suit Gundam Seed C.E.73: Stargazer".

Something about these AMVs...
During the last month, while I was working on this special, I downloaded
and viewed over than 200 music videos of both the series and I have to
say that it was not easy to make a selection! But what I mean is not that
I had only the embarrassment of choosing... Nothing at all! Most of them
showed the DivX logo (but how can it be possible that so many AMVs creators
don't know how to disable it?! ;__;) and/or subtitles. Another my personal
trouble has always been WMV format that I don't like at all... well almost
of all them were made with Movie Maker! Also, my quest to find some great
SEED Destiny vids has been very arduous... Eventually, I chose 7 AMVs:
4 of them are WMV format, it's true, but nor DivX logo nor subtitles and
they are good (oh, by the way, please note that this is only my personal
opinion ^^")! I should have liked to put in the special some music
videos about the couples of Gundam SEED and SEED Destiny and even a vid
celebrating all the other characters, but I didn't find anything that
was well worth. Therefore if you notice some great SEED Destiny vid, then
submit it to me! Stop babbling now... enjoy!

This is my special video dedicated to Gundam SEED Destiny. I tried
to make a series synopsis showing all the important scenes, like
fights, Enhanced Naturals, clones, deaths, couples... I chose a
full of energy song by Move that is just titled "Destiny"
and worked 2 weeks on this amv. I used some effects and edited the
footage trying to match the beat of the music and I think the result
is fine and the timing quite good. I hope you like... it's Destiny!

This AMV is for Athrun Zala, a main character in the great anime
Gundam SEED, with the song "Breaking the habit", I rote
the lyric because I made it on words. This MV took me 4 months of
work! It is full of effects, ideas and colors.

Athrun like me.

It's my best anime music video after many trying. I put one of the
female characters of Gundam SEED to act the singer, and that is
the idea of this music video. I hope you enjoy watching like my
brothers do.
The story of making this AMV is when I was in a forum (anime fans
forum), the members suggested to make a competition for how the
best to make AMV in same song. Then we chose: Ayumi Hamasaki - Whatever,
and the anime: (optional).
So I chose (Gundam SEED) and began making it. But the other members
stopped this competition suddenly... "Oh no... ok... never
mind... I am in the middle of the work and I must complete it"
because I liked it very much with doing hard to do such a work to
win. When I completed it, I showed it to other members in that forum,
and they astounded. They say that I must emulate by it in AMV's
sites. Is it really deserved to emulate top AMV's? Watch and decide!

I had wanted to do a Gundam SEED vid from the moment I finished
watching it. So I started looking around for what songs I could
use and what ideas could I come up with to go with the song. After
about 2 months of looking I happend to be listening to "Limp
Bizkit: Results May Vary", and I noticed how well the story
of Kira and Athrun went with "Creamer (Radio is Dead)".
So I started work on the vid, 4 months and 6 days later... The video
is done. But I couldn't have finished the video as soon as I did
without some help. SuperS4 knew the series like no one else that
I talked to, so he helped me find some clips when I would hit a
wall.
I'd have to say that this is my best vid to date, as I worked my
ass off on hitting beats and showing the bond of friendship that
Kira and Athrun share. Even though I know the fact that doing a
vid to Limp Bizkit is gonna hurt me; I think, and a few others,
that I got to watch it before its release agree, that the song doesn't
really matter in the vid, it all just works.

in Japan. I usually make MAD from Game's CG. In Japanese, we call
that seisiga-MAD.

two categories of MADs: Douga MADs (animation MADs) that

still images captured from videogames, artbooks or different sources
and built like animated videos.

Well this is my second AMV on amv.org (it's been ages since the
first one). It's a short one from Gundam SEED Destiny of the EAF
ambush against Minerva and of the Archangel coming in. It's basically
just an action AMV, though later concentrates a bit more on Heine
I guess. Well I haven't been doing any AMVs for ages, but I think
for my second it turned out OK, especially concidering how fast
I did it. Didn't use much effects again, but got some of the timing
OK. Hopefully people will enjoy. Created with Movie Maker 2.

Hi everybody. I am from Spain and love Gundam Seed and Seed Destiny.
I like to create alternative openings. This is my first character
profile AMV of Gundam Seed Destiny I will upload a totally of 14:
Shinn, Stellar, Kira, Athrun, Lunamaria, Meer, Cagalli, Murrue,
Heine, Thalia, Izaak, Gilbert and Rey. And another special with
Auel, Sting, Stellar and Neo. I am making a selection of AMVs with
Super Eurobeat songs (for info see here
by Veggie), maybe you'll hear very rare hehe. So I think
this kind of music full of energy is very cool for Gundam SEED scenes.
