To make this video, I referred to my 4 favourite ninja, Naruto, Sasuke, Neji and Rock Lee. It was born mostly because of my will to make a rather fast-paced vid which allowed me to show new graphic settings. I used more than one program to make this AMV, so that I could test new effects. You'll see one of these effects in the part where the characters get red-fired eyes. It took me much more time than the previous AMVs to take care of every single moment in order to get a good timing. The intro concept is born just from my mind and from the Chidori (One Thousand Birds) amazing electrical effect. ^^
The song gave me the chance to deal with this subject very important for me, moving freely from action to the characters past. So you'll see an action vid with emotional parts showing the characters history. Then I came back to the spot of the video, that's the fighting: these ninja are ready for everything to win.

When I first saw an anime music video two years ago, I remember I was stunned and thought that I wanted to be able myself to make that stuff. "Face to Face" is born just as a memory for that event, because the first AMV I saw was "The Perfect Game" made by SSJVegeta17. That video gave me inspiration and emotional feelings so that it took me to make one rather similar, with the same song and theme (Goku vs Cell) but using totally different effects. To make it, I used Sony Vegas, mixing visual effects and writings. Furthermore, I tried to let the people feel the power released by Goku and Cell, making the clip to shake with Pancrop effect.

I'm back with my 2nd AMV, Saiyans' Story. I made it to tell all about their story, showing the most important events in the life of their leading figures until the last scenes, when they take their revenge over the hated Freeza thanks to Kakaroth.
This is the theme of the vid and I got the idea listening to Metal Gear Solid 3 OST that most of you definitely know! At first I used Premiere, then I completed it with Sony Vegas. I usually don't like to use many effects, so also for this AMV I chose making the images spoke for themselves and put some effects just when required to emphasize the pathos or to get the right timing. The ones I used the most are the Cookie Cutter, Chroma Keyer, Bump Map and Glow, to make more impressive the top events. I'm not a fan of flashes and invert cause in my opinion they're too strong and break the footage (anyway I seldom used them). I selected very rare clips after watching again and again the anime series and I'm very proud of this; so you'll see some stuff that you'll hardly remember or however unusual to find in AMVs!
To get a file that wasn't larger than 50 MB I had to use the MKV format, but you know you can easily play it with VLC! If you like to enjoy the HQ avi file (it's about 75 MB) here's to you a mediafire link.

After having a long break, at last here I come again with an AMV that I like very much and really made with all my heart. I was listening to an old Rhapsody CD when I fell in love with this song that soon became my source of inspiration. At that same time I was reconsidering Bardock's TV special so the video started to develop in my mind. I really got down to work and, after a month, I was glad to finish my vid. I got some problems to go on with my project cause the file probably was a bad format for my loyal Premiere. Anyway I succeeded in finishing the vid against all expectations. This AMV is obviously focusing on Bardock's story. Please pay attention to the lyrics cause there are many similarities between the events told in the song and the father of Goku's story.

With this AMV I wanted to show Gohan's feelings and his big responsibility as Earth's protector because of his father's many absences.
It seemed to me that the lyrics were suitable too. I used lot of Gohan's clips, especially of the fight vs Cell because I think that this one has been the most important event in his life.
I made this AMV with Sony Vegas and used lot of special effects like cookie cutter, invert and many flashes. There are so many short clips that sometimes you'll screw up your eyes to be able to follow the images! ^^
I spent lot of time and effort to make it and maybe somewhere I wandered off the subject, but when you're there, working on the clips, you can forget all the things you planned before. Anyway I can say I'm quite satisfied with the result! ^^

I think this is my best AMV ever. I decided to make a Rock Lee video cause he's my fav Naruto character and I was struck with his fight vs Gaara. This is the reason why the whole AMV focuses on those three episodes, full of revealing flashbacks and action scenes. And what was the most suitable song for all of that? I chose We're all to blame not for its lyrics but for its rhythm instead. I got many criticisms about the ending part because it's lacking in timing and special effects compared to the rest of the vid, but I really wanted to emphasize that scene cause it's very important in my opinion, I hope you'll like it. I made the vid with Sony Vegas and, other than the usual flashes, fading and cookie cutter, I made the clips faster and used the pan/crop and blur effects to get the camera motion. That's all folks, enjoy it! ^^

This is a full action DBZ music vid. I used many clips and transitions and tried my best to get the right timing. I made it with Sony Vegas and this allowed me to make the wonderful DBZ clips much more amazing with many special effects. Among them I used the cookie cutter and invert the most; then I replaced the zoom with the pan crop in some clips. I chose the song Animals by Nickelback because it seemed to perfectly fit an action vid and wasn't used much for AMVs. I got the inspiration from a MOTO GP video clip that I saw on YouTube. There I thought: what about a vid like this using DBZ clips...? Well, after many hours of hard work, I got Animal-DBZ ready!

Shortly, this is my first slow and sad themed music video. As you can see from the title, it's a Vegeta video where I tell about his ego, his pains and struggles and his gradual change... I chose Limp Bizkit "Behind blue eyes" for its music but especially for its lyrics cause it really matches Vegeta's character. Behind his eyes Vegeta suffered and showed all his inner contradictions, behind Bulma and Trunks blue eyes, behind blue/sea green eyes of the Super Saiyan, his neverending obsession. This is the reason why I tried to make that music fit with images and images with lyrics. I tried to give my best in representing Vegeta's tortured soul and sometimes I did it using different ways... The vid took me 4 days to make it, 5 includind the clips search... Honestly I didn't hope to succeed but I did my best in editing the vid and giving it special effects and good timing.

This is my first AMV made with Sony Vegas version 6, that is in my opinion one of the best video editing programs. The vid is a collage of images showing Goku's fights. At the beginning I also put some Bardock's clips cause, in my opinion, Goku is just like his father when he proves his big courage and strength and never gives up! I chose to show all this power in the final clip so get ready for this and you'll see a very furious Goku. I worked on most of the clips using the chroma key effect and put in the vid lot of footage from the movies cause I think that they have better drawings than the TV series. This AMV took me lot of time to make it but it was worth. I chose the song Hope You Die by Bloodhound Gang cause I think it's fine for an action vid and also cause it was a friend of mine who requested me. ^_-

I decided to make this AMV cause, even if I tried and tried again, I wasn't able to find any Turles tribute music video. Maybe I wasn't good at doing it, but however at last I made it by myself! This video marks a turning point in my editing from Movie Maker to Adobe Premiere. It was a hard choice cause I hadn't got anyone that could teach me how to use it but I didn't want to give up on it.
So I began to watch lot of good AMVs hosted in this website and thanks to them I managed to learn and improve my skill in making AMVs. I started to work on this vid the past summer and soon I tried to put lot of special effects in it just to test my capabilities. Although the vid is rather short, it took me about 25 hours of work. I tried to carefully follow lyrics and rhythm of the song (Pain For Pleasure, by Sum 41) and I suggest you to read the lyrics before seeing it. I chose it cause it's too suitable to be used in a music video, especially for that crescendo in the first part that makes me to think of Super Saiyan Goku's first transformation. I added many flash backs cause I tried to compare Goku's expressing his wrath when he was kid at Kuririn's death with the adult Goku getting mad when his friend is killed by Freeza. I tried to show a merciless Super Saiyan Goku (I know that he isn't just like this but I liked to follow the subject of the song ^^) This evil - SSJGoku symbolizes the revenge of all the Saiyan race, from his father and the king and the Prince on, so I tried to show that pride that surely all the Saiya-jin from the afterlife felt when saw Freeza umiliated by the Super Saiyan!

You can't forget the first love... and the first fight with your best enemy! This is a summary of the first battle between Goku and Vegeta... it took me a few days to make it by using Ulead Video Studio SE 7, but it looks good, so enjoy! My favourite part is the ending, when Crilin is remembering all the suffering caused by Vegeta and his friends, while Goku asks him to let him go. There is a certain relation between images and lyrics, especially when the song says "There are times when I fell I'm afraid for the world" and Vegeta is trying to destroy Earth with his Galick-Ho.

I decided to dedicate this tribute to Naruto character because he's my favourite of the series. I tried to show with my video Naruto's ambition to become hokage and his never give-up attitude. That's why this is a sentimental and action mixed video. Usually I make action vids but this time i wanted that this one showed a sentimental aspect too, so I used the song "Happy?" of Mudvayne and tried to fit both the fast and slow parts of it with the right footage. Talking about the technical aspect, this vid was made with Sony Vegas and the final version that you can find here on Dragon Ball Arena was obtained re-encoding the previous wmv format with a better XviD version that makes clearer the special effects.

I am still wondering how I could make this vid: I never thought I could make an AMV like The Prince. The inspiration came to me totally by chance: when I was listing all my clips, I realized I got lot of stuff about Vegeta. Suddenly I got the spark: I had so many projects that I was never able to make real, but now all the things, music, footage and special effects, were clear in my mind. So I opened my Adobe Premiere 2.0 and started my vid importing all the clips that could be useful for realizing my project. Well, after two full-time work weeks, my own tribute to the Prince of the Saiyans was finished.
I realized that I really liked working on this theme: Vegeta is a very complicated character, psychologically deep. My challenge was to give with music and slices of his life every side of his personality in the time of 3:39. To get a better result, I undertook myself to meticulously working on and editing every small clip.
Just one more thing: I was recommended to tell about the reason of Trunks' appearance at the end of the vid... Well I would prefer that everyone gave his own think (anyone can still do it if he doesn't read the following part) but, to avoid any misunderstanding, I'll tell you that I put him in just to symbolize the changeover, the son inheriting his father's title of "Prince of the Saiyans"...

Today I finally have the pleasure of showing you my new AMV or, better, maxi-AMV, cause it lasts about 14 minutes. How come? Well that's how long the chosen song lasts! For me, the song in an AMV is very important and this time I chose The Seven Angels by Advantasia: maybe you don't know it but I do know that I like it very much and, more than this, I thought that, with its emotional melody, it was the perfect soundtrack for a movie! So, after I stopped thinking of a suitable movie, I made a movie... by myself, with this AMV! XD Using this song was not difficult, but quite impossible! Its rhythm is constantly changing, sometimes frenetic, sometimes peaceful; but, in spite of its lenght, in my opinion, it's not heavy to follow it and, if I got a good timing, not even the vid should be boring! Actually this AMV is a summary of the whole Majin Buu saga, from him coming out the sphere where he was sealed, to his defeat thanks to the Genkidama. The lenght of the song I used allowed me to collect all the most important events. My favourite editing part (the same that gave me the inspiration) was the ending, where the song tells about glory and... Well I don't want to say nothing more cause I don't want to spoil the surprise and also cause, every time I see that part, I get shivers (those episodes are the most touching for me). When I was making the vid and showing the chronological events, I wasn't tell a simple story: since I thought that this could be a perfect soundtrack for a movie, I tried to make a sort of musical that could better tell the series. Actually I'd like that you could consider to have watched a Dragon Ball musical! XD The AMV encoding was terrific and it took me lot of time, but this time was well spent cause, thanks to the advices of Chibi Goku from Dragon Ball Arena forum, I managed to compress the original giant file and get a smaller file keeping a good quality. See and believe! ^_^ Thanks to Veggie, from the same forum, who provided me with the HQ footage of Goku telling goodbye to Majin Buu...

It cost me a very hard work to make this music video that is like a tribute to Goku's best fights in Dragon Ball Z series and movies. At first I had another project: I wanted to show a mixer of scenes from the different DB, DBZ and DBGT series. Later I realized that the most important parts were there, in Dragon Ball Z series and movies and so I made an AMV that could tell, like its title says, Goku's personal experiences, showing all his enemies and the amazing action scenes. I chose a music that could follow Goku's adventures, especially his most impossible fights: that's the wonderful "Requiem for a dream" used in a re-orchestrated version for "The Lord of The Rings - The Two Towers" trailer. After numerous attempts, finally I made it and now can show my new AMV. It focuses on the Freeza Saga last episodes and especially on the Super Saiyan's birth. I was listening at Muse's Showbiz and suddenly was inspired: I had to use it to make a music video! So, among the various footage from those episodes, I chose the clips that better fit the song. This music video isn't a simple summary 'cause I tried to make everyone realize, following the rhythm of the music, how the characters feel: at first they are afraid of Freeza's incoming, then they get frightened and feel pain in facing him and being defeated by him and at last here is the rage that drives Goku to turn Super Saiyan. Please turn the volume up while you're watching the vid so you can follow the music gradual increase: it starts at a lower volume and then it raises, matching the characters' feelings like they are showed in the images. To make this vid I used Adobe Premiere 2.0. It's a very amazing program that allows you to do everything when you manage to have a good control of it. So it took me some time to complete this video, but it doesn't matter because I improved my capabilities! And I still don't believe that's only my second AMV! A special thank to Francesca, who pushed me to submit it to this site, and to my sister Sabrina that let me use her PC to make it! ^_^

I had much fun in making this video and I think it is for me a real improvement in my career as AMVs creator! I chose the song "Rise up" by Drowning Pool on purpose, cause it had to show off the anger and spirit that I wanted to give Future Trunks personality. He was a boy grown up in those times of darkness and destruction that push him to become a Super Saiyan. In this video I collected all his fights (androids-Cell) and added the main parts from the TV special "The History of Trunks". There is also a Vegeta appearance when he gets mad as Perfect Cell kills his son: I just wanted to put it in the vid to show that even if they had lived together only a little time, even the cruel and proud Prince of Saiyans learned to love him. Since the first moment, my goal was not only to make a great vid... I strongly wanted that it was good enough to be published, so I kept working hard on my project until I did it! If you pay attention to the lyrics of "One Step Closer", you will probably remember Son Gohan and his hidden power, mainly when Linkin Park sings "Shut up! I'm about to break!" From this, I took the title. I worked very hard to make this vid. I used Adobe Premiere. This program is a master in making me nervous. In my computer, it did not open existing projects. Then, everyday, I created new projects, organized the same scenes in the timeline and added more new scenes. I think I spent two weeks like this. But, in the end, I installed the version 7 PRO, and, because of that, my Premiere is obedient. But what really matters is that I tried (and I think I succeeded) to tell Gohan`s growth with his two fathers (Piccolo and Goku) and his courage.

It took a lot of work and time to successfully finish this vid. The inspiration came to me about one year ago from listening one of The Offspring's album while I was coming back home from school. I already knew that band, but I've never given special attention to their songs. Anyway, something happens to me at listening "The Meaning of Life", something that each music videos creator knows very well... So, when I was home, I soon started to work on my project that would become "The Meaning of Fight". At first I managed to work easily until the minute 1:46, then I lost myself for a long time... After months, I resumed my project but, when only the last touch and the title were missing, an unexpected circumstance occurred to my PC and I lost most of my work. However I managed to recover something from Premiere preview files and finally "The Meaning of Fight" has got to be published! I made this vid as some friends had asked me to make one, but a really good one. And I got nothing else to do, so I started thinking: of what would the vid be like, what music I should use etc. And when it seemed there was no hope for me, I found the music from an Inuyasha vid named "Inuyasha Dance Macabre", the music's name is "Dance Macabre" by Cradle of filth. Anyway, I started working on it, I took my time, I didn't hurry. At first it looked like it wasn't so special, just MajinVegeta and Goku fighting, but then it all came along and became a cool video-clip about the Majin and the Evil within. I used "Windows Movie Maker" which isn't such a good program, but I made the best of it, using a lot of effects. It's more like a short description of the Buu saga. It came out good and all my friends liked it, so I made a trailer with captures from the vid and the music reflection invoke rock jail house, more with Majin Vegeta than Buu, but it's a good vid so I hope you enjoy it ^_^!

"A Saiya-jin's Fury" is about Broly's Second Coming and his hatred for Goku and the other Saiyans. I chose this song "Dammit, I changed Again" because my friend asked me to make a vid with Broly and this song. I didn't think it was going to well at first, but as I progressed I realized it was coming together quite nicely. The amount of special effects I put into is huge! It took me about 5 days to make this vid. My friend loved it. I put a lotta time and effort into this music vid and hope you will enjoy watching it as much I did making it. Thanks For Watching!
