DRAGON BAL Z: THE HALO SAGA

EPISODE 1: THE BEGINNING

It's been 4 and half years since the defeat of Babidi's evil Buu monster. The Z-Fighters are training hard for this year world tournament which is only 40 days away.

"Hey Gohan! Wake up! You're going to be late for your training with Goten." says Videl.
"Whaaaa???" Gohan says as he rubs his eyes and gets out of bed.
"Come on, get a move on."
"Okay, okay. I'm getting up."
Gohan gets up and changes into his orange fighting gi and runs downstairs.
"Gohan, are leaving without your breakfast?"
"Sorry, but I am late. I'll be back later." Gohan rushes out the door and flies off to meet his brother.
"Gohan... always late." Says Gohan's younger brother and training partner, Goten. Just then Gohan arrived still in his Super Saiyan mystic form.
"I wondered when you'd get here."
"Sorry Goten. I just had to do some... ummm..."
"Sleeping late again Gohan? It's okay. Let's get started."
"Yeah."
Goten yells as he powers up to his Super Saiyan level 2 form, while Gohan powers up to his Super Saiyan mystic 2 form.
"Ready?" Gohan asked.
"Yeah!"
Gohan and Goten's training begins as Goten charges at Gohan. He throws punches toward Gohan at light speed but Gohan dodges all of them and retaliates with a kick to the gut. Goten falls back and receives an uppercut followed by an elbow to the back of his head. As Gohan charges toward the fallen Goten, Goten disappears then reappears behind Gohan. As Gohan turns around, realizing it was a set-up; a roundhouse to the jaw sends him flying. While flying, he is pummeled by dozens of punches taken in the gut. Goten retreats to take a break and give Gohan a chance to catch his breath.
"Ready to give up big bro?" The cocky Goten asks
"Not a chance Goten." says Gohan as he wips blood from his mouth.
Gohan gets ready as Goten charges at him, but this time, no tricks. Goten throws a mix of punches and kicks, all of which are deflected by Gohan as he is planning his attack. Gohan kicks Goten in the gut, then delivers a powerful punch that send Goten flying backwards.
"KA ME HA ME..." Gohan says as he poweres up a weak Kamehameha. "HA!"
Goten sees the beam coming at him and fires his own Kamehameha.
"KA ME HA ME...HA!"
The two beams meets in the middle, however to Gohan and Goten's surprise, Goten's beam is drawing closer to his opponent. This was part of Gohan's plan though. Gohan disappeares and Goten's beam goes flying into a near-by mountain. Gohan reappeares behind Goten, and hit Goten with an axe handle on the back that send Goten to the ground.
"Hey, Goten! Do you want to stop training for the day?"
"Okay Gohan."
Goten and Gohan change back to normal and decide to go home.
"Man Goten, you're shaping up to be quite a fighter."
"Thanks Gohan. I thought I could've beat you too. I guess I'll just have to train some more."
"Don't worry. You're much stronger than I was at your age."
Gohan saw his house and it was time for Goten to get home.
"I guess this is where I get off."
"Okay, I'll see ya later Gohan."
"Bye."

So Goten and Gohan are training hard for the tournament. But who else will be competing? Will they be strong enough to face what they will meet at the tournament? Find out next time on Dragon Ball Z.

EPISODE 2: TRAINING

Last time on Dragon Ball Z: Gohan and Goten were out training with each other, each one being pushed harder and harder until Gohan decided it was time to leave.

"Hey Trunks, could you go tell your father that it's time to eat dinner, like a family!" Asks Bulma.
"Okay, I'll be back in a second." replies Trunks.
Trunks enters the gravitron where his father Vejiita is training.
"Hey dad! Mom says it's time to eat."
"Damnit Trunks! Can't you see I'm busy!? Tell your mother to leave me alone until I'm done training."
"Ummm... okay." Trunks says as he leave to go back to the kitchen. "Dad said he would eat when he's finished."
"Does he always have to do this? I mean it's always the same with your father, train, train, train!"
Back in the gravitron, Vejiita is in his Super Saiyan level 2 form.
"300 times gravity is no longer a challenge to me. I guess I'll have to turn it up to 400 times."
As Vejiita pushes himself to the max, his family is enjoying their dinner, but Vejiita isn't the only one training.
"Krillin you finished yet?" asked 18.
"Almost, let me just get 10 more minutes." Krillin sayS as he IS punching and kicking in the air with 1000 lbs. on each arm and leg.
"Go daddy!"
A phone rings at Vejiita's house.
"Hello?" asks Trunks.
"Hey Trunks, its Goten. I'm glad you picked up."
"What is it?"
"Well, yesterday I went sparring with Gohan, and I almost beat him."
"Really?"
"Yeah, I bet if we both took him on, we would win."
"Trunks, finish up on the phone so you can get back to eating." says Bulma.
"Okay mom. Goten I'll see you later okay?"
"Yeah, but you should come train tomorrow."
"Okay, I'll be there."
The next day, out in the training spot of Gohan and Goten...
"Hey Gohan!" exclaimed Goten.
"Hey Goten. Ready to start?"
"Hold on a second. I invited Trunks to train with us."
"Okay."
Just then...
"Hey guys!" Trunks says as he lands from his long flight.
"Ready to start?" asks Gohan.
"Yeah, let's go." Says Trunks.
"Okay, but since both you guys will be fighting against me, you can't go past Super Saiyan level 1."
"Okay!" Trunks and Goten exclaim.
"AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!" 3 fighters yell as they turn Super Saiyan and Super Saiyan mystic.
Goten and Trunks charge toward Gohan at light speed, however Gohan is moving just as fast. Though he is up against 2 Super Saiyans, he is still stronger than they are. Gohan dodge punches and kicks as Trunks receives a punch to the face then Goten receives a swift kick the side of the head. Both attacks send the young Super Saiyans flying. It is now Gohan's turn. Gohan charges toward Goten and Trunks. Gohan throws multiple missing punches and a roundhouse kick that meets its mark on Trunks' head. Goten goes for a huge punch, but misses and is delivered a knee to the gut. Then Gohan fires an
energy blast that hits Goten in the back and sends him to the flying to the ground beside Trunks.
"Ready to give up?" asked Gohan.
"Not quite." said Trunks. "Ready Goten?"
"Yeah, let's do it."
Goten and Trunks do the Fusion dance and say "FU...SION...HA!"
An explosion of light blinds Gohan while Goten and Trunks become Gotenks.
"WHAT!!!" exclaims Gohan as he sees Gotenks for the first time in years.
"I'm Super Gotenks."
"But, but, but..."
"We didn't break a rule Gohan. You see, we are still only in our Super Saiyan level 1 form."
Gotenks rushes towards Gohan and throws a multitude of punches as Gohan desperately tries to dodge or block them. Gotenks connects with a punch to the chest followed by a kick to the gut as Gohan falls back winded. Gotenks doesn't let up and fires a barrage of energy blasts at Gohan. Gohan disappears then reappears behind Gotenks and sends him flying with a huge kick that Gotenks felt throughout his body. Gohan powered up again and flew after Gotenks. Gotenks feels a breeze of air as he dodges Gohan's punch and responds with a knee to the chin. Gohan backflips in the air and returns to
fighting stance. Gotenks in a fit of rage, charges towards Gohan and throws punches wildly. Gohan, more under control, is able to dodge the attacks, fly above Gotenks and charge up one of his specialties.
"KA ME HA ME...HA!" Gohan screams as he releases his most powerful energy blast.
"AAAHHH!" Gotenks screams as he is engulfed by a gigantic beam of energy.
Gotenks is sent the ground hard and returns to Trunks and Goten as the fusion is broken.
"Uuuuuuuuuhhhhhh..." Trunks and Goten say as they lie on the ground in pain.
"I guess I was too hard on them. Well I guess I better carry them home."

So as Gohan flies the semi-conscious Goten and Trunks, he wonders if he will be able to win the tournament this year. The real question is whether or not he'll be ready for what will be there.

EPISODE 3: REUNION

Last time, on Dragon Ball Z: We saw Krillin and Vejiita training intensely, while Gohan went up against Gotenks in a wild training match.

"Dad, are you coming? asks Trunks, who is eagerly awaiting his reunion with the fellow Z-Fighters.
"Trunks would you shut up? I'm trying to get ready here, can't you see that?"
"Sorry."
Vejiita finally finishes getting ready, then Trunks carrying Bulma, and Vejiita flying solo, are off to the Z-Fighter reunion dinner. Gohan and Videl have just arrived at the restaurant with Krillin, #18 and Pan, however Chi Chi and Gohan are already there and have been waiting.
"Hey mom, hey Goten." Says Gohan
"Hi Gohan, hi Videl." Chi Chi replies. "You guys should have a seat.
Vejiita, Bulma, and Trunks should be here soon. Just then the remaining members of the Z squad arrive.
"Hey you guys! You're just in time." Says Gohan.
Bulma, Vejiita and Trunks all take a seat and sit down. The Z-Fighters all engage in conversation which surprisingly started with Vejiita.
"So Gohan, Trunks told me that last week you pummeled him and Goten even after they fused. Well, I must say, I'm impressed. I didn't think you had it in you." Vejiita says as he snickers under his breath.
"Yeah, it wasn't easy though. They're pretty tough. We better watch our back. I think these guys could be as powerful as we are in a couple years." Replies Gohan.
"So Videl, are you entering the world tournament?" askes her mother-in-law Chi Chi.
"Not if all these Saiyans are entering. I don't stand a chance." Videl says sort of giggling.
"Well Gohan I must say, I always thought because your wife was Hercule's daughter she was stupid, but now I see that she is quite smart after all." said Vejiita insultingly.
"Vejiita! How dare you!" exclaime Bulma. "You apologize now!"
"Who's gonna make me?"
"Vejiita knock it off!" says Krillin. "How dare you say those things. This day is supposed to be a day of fun and reunion, not insults."
"Shut up, puny human! I can crush you without even trying, so don't test my patience! AAAAAHHHHH!" Vejiita yells as he powers up to super saiyjin. "Big Bang!"
"NO!" everyone yells.
Vejiita's energy blast blows off the roof so he can fly out.
"Damnit dad." Trunks says to himself.
"I'm going after him." Says Gohan. "AAAAAHHHH!" Gohan yells as he goes Super Saiyan mystic 2.
Gohan takes off after Vejiita.
"Where is he? I can't believe he destroyed the roof of that restaurant. That's just like him. Always striving to be the best and not caring who gets in the way."
Just then Vejiita attacked from behind with a kick to the spine, followed by an elbow to the neck that sent Gohan to the ground.
"Final Flash!"
A giant beam of light speeds toward Gohan on the ground and causes a huge explosion.
"Wow Vejiita, that almost hit me, too bad you're too slow."
"AAAAHHHH!" Vejiita yells as he powers up to super saiyjin level 2.
Vejiita strikes Gohan with a sidekick followed by a roundhouse, both connecting to the jaw. Vejiita charges toward Gohan and pummels him with dozens of punches to the face and gut ending with an uppercut that sends Gohan upward.
"Goten, we have to go after them. Ready?" says Trunks
"Okay."
"FU...SION...HA!" is yelled by Trunks and Goten as they perform the fusion dance.
A flash of light blinds the rest of the Z-Fighters.
"I'll be back later." Is said by the newly arriving Gotenks.
Gotenks flies through the roof that Vejiita destroyed as everyone leaves the restaurant to go home. Back in the desert mountainous region, the battle rages between Gohan and Vejiita. Gohan connects with a knee to the gut followed by an ax handle to the back. Gotenks arrives and sees the battle going on.
"Oh no! I have to help Gohan. Wait, no! I have to help Vejiita. No! AAAAAHHHHH!" Gotenks screams as he grabs his head. "My head! It feels like it's being torn apart!"
Vejiita and Gohan continue their battle as Gohan appears behind Vejiita and hits him with an elbow to the side of the head. As Vejiita flies out of control, Gohan charges toward him and kicks him in the gut. Gohan follows up with a strong punch that Vejiita dodges by disappearing and reappearing behind Gohan. Vejiita holds out one hand.
"Big Bang!"
Gohan turns around and is sent into the side of a cliff then falls to the ground. Vejiita wipes blood off his lips as he stops to catch his breath. From underneath a pile of rubble a golden surge of energy blinds Vejiita.
"AAAAAHHHHHH!" screams Gotenks as he powers up.
Vejiita and Gohan stop dead in their tracks as they watch Gotenks power up. As they watch Gotenks, they see his hair turn black and see a tail sprout from the buttocks area of Gotenks pants. Gotenks eyes turn red as a huge aura of energy forms around him. Gotenks rushes towards Gohan and Vejiita. Gotenks charges at Vejiita first, at light speed. He hits him with dozens of hard punches to the face ending with an elbow to the cheek and a knee to the gut. Vejiita falls towards the ground while he transforms back to normal. Gotenks then rushes toward Gohan while he tries to dodge, but Gotenks is too
fast. He hits Gohan in the gut with a sidekick, and then hits him in the back of the head with a spinning heel kick. Gohan joins Vejiita back on the ground as a regular Saiyan.

Now with only 23 days to go, a new warrior emerges, SSJ 4 Gotenks. Now the Z-Fighters have to watch their back in case Gotenks goes crazy again.
